How about a thread dedicated to all those chompers out there?! Unfortunately, whenever I head for the camera, they decide to let go. The other night, I had a yearling who was being very persistent about eating my finger. Boy, he was sure working on it… until I grabbed the camera.
Feel free to post pictures of your snakes in action… or of the evidence they left behind.
One of my adult corns was quite feisty. Weirdly enough, she calmed right down after getting this little bite out of her system.
Hah! Nice thread idea Joni. I've been "eaten" twice, and both times I've gotten pics, since I keep the camera close by all the time. Here's Bobo on feeding day. He managed to swallow my entire pinky. Then my black milksnake decided that I tasted better than her f/t!

Nice shots Becky...I had a black milk swallow my whole thumb once...that was a bit of an annoyance. Sadly, when I get bit I'm more interested in either getting the snake off me or stopping the bleeding, so I never get any good pics...will have to remember to do so in the future though.
Honestly, I've only been bitten by hatchlings, which leave nothing remarkable behind to photograph Not that I'm complaining at all LOL.
I have been bitten by my old iguana ( I'd have to look at my cd's and see if I have the pics still), she got me twice... both times I should have gotten stiches
Been bit by my leo's and beardies from time to time. The beardies, it's a case of me holding the worm and them being off their CHOMP shot. Leo's, mainly those ferouscious hatchlings
Promise got me once ( my BRB), but it was just a little nip.... nothing my old camera would have picked up.
But I do like seeing the bite pics. I laugh at the engulfing of fingers... I've had hatchlings do it, and never a camera close by.
