Rootbeer X Creamsicle producing diffused

Alba was produced from a pure Great Plains Ratsnake (emoryi) female bred to the creamsicle Cheddar - so she is at least 50% emoryi and possibly 75%, although it is impossible to know the percentage in her creamsicle sire. She is similar to the emoryi with more strength, greater girth and greater saddle numbers than a typical corn. She has the typical brown coloration with almost no red.

This breeding of Alba back to her sire was to determine whether she had inherited hypo A from him and hopefully produce some cinnamons. While I had noted that she had a diffused side pattern and very reduced belly pattern, it was not until this clutch hatched that it became apparent that this might be from the diffused (bloodred) gene and not simply a result of the emoryi heritage.

The breeder of Cheddar (Third Eye Herp) has confirmed that bloodred features were present in his line of creamsicle, and based on this I am treating these as diffused for the present time. I hope to be able to breed Alba to a blood male next year and confirm this, but the appearance is typical.

I have designated the creamsicle versions that have no belly pattern as Bloodorange and their rootbeer counterparts as Bloodroot (thanks to Jimmy - Draybar for the suggestions) to indicate their emoryi/corn heritage. Those with some belly pattern are being designated as possible het diffused.

I expect to have a few of the possible hets for sale in Red Deer, but will likely be keeping most of those that show strong indications of diffusion until they are yearlings.
The possible hets will be priced at $75-125 and the probable diffused at $200 if they are available.
