Official Waiting List "Fine Print"

This year my waiting lists will reside in my personal forum at “The Cornsnake Source” forums. I will not start a waiting list for a certain pairing until I have eggs from that pairing. You must be a member of The Source to post on that forum, registration is usually very prompt. However, if you are interested in any of my pairings why not register now so you are ready to go when the lists go up?
When eggs arrive:
I plan to open waiting lists on a week by week basis. This means that instead of starting a pairing’s list as soon as eggs hit the ground, I will just wait until the next scheduled “waiting list posting date”. Once I get eggs from a certain pairing, I will post the results in that pairing’s “Breeding” thread along with when my next “waiting list posting date” is, which normally shouldn't be more than a week away. So if you are very interested in one pairing in particular, the best way to stay updated is to subscribe to the “Breeding” thread and promptly check in on posts made in that thread for up coming info on when the official waiting list will start.
When the waiting list posting date comes, I will make a post stating the parents, how many eggs, approximate prices of expected morphs, and if I have any customers that have priority to that list because of unfilled 2006 orders. NOTE: If you had any unfilled orders from 2006 and you would like to be put up front for something similar this year, please contact me and remind me as soon as you see that the pairing you are interested in has eggs. That notification will come in advance of the actual list so you will have time to contact me. The title to the waiting list posts will be something to the effect of:
"Waiting List: Bloodred het Hypo Pewter X the same".
Each pairing will have it's own thread with one exception, I have 4 females that are het Hypo Lavender Blood that I may "lump" together. Once I post that thread, you simply reply to be on that list. Your place in line will correspond with your place in the thread. I'll ask that you please don't state what sex ratio you want and in the case of multi hets, what morph you want. I just don't make enough critters to be able to fill blanket orders like that. So if you are interested in a clutch and you are first in line, I'll let you know what I got and you can let me know if you are interested in what the cards threw at me. There is no obligation at all. If for any reason, you want to be on the list, but don't want that to be public information, email me (Carol@LowBellyReptiles) and I will post a reply as a "marker" for you. I will not take such requests until after the list you are interested in as been open for at least 24 hours. This way people do not use this provision as a way to reserve a spot ahead of the others. It is still your responsibility to subscribe to the thread and keep up with communication when eggs start to hatch. If you ever decide that you no longer wish to be on a list, that can also be fixed with a simple email. Keep in mind that a good number of people back out and others put themselves on multiple lists for pairings that could produce what they are looking for even though they are only looking for one snake, so don’t get too discouraged by a large waiting list.
When eggs hatch:
One requirement is that you do subscribe to the waiting lists you are on. When eggs hatch, I will reply to the same waiting list thread and that may be your only notification. Generally, it takes me 5-7 weeks to get a hatchling from "just hatched" to "established enough to sell". So once you see my post stating that the eggs have hatched, you still have 5 weeks to get your funds in order. This is also 5 weeks to be able to settle things up in advance if you are going to be out of town or otherwise unavailable at the exact time the hatchlings are ready to go.
When hatchlings are ready to go:
Again, your notification will take place via the waiting list thread and I will do my best to post photos of available hatchlings in the same thread. Once I post that critters are ready, it is your responsibility to email me (Carol@LowBellyReptiles.com) to pick out hatchlings and make payment/shipping arrangements. If I don't hear from you with in 3 days you will loose your place in line. If you don't make prompt payment/shipping arrangements, you will also loose your place in line. Thank you all so much, this should make thinks run much smoother this year!
If you have any questions, please to hesitate to pop me an email or PM. Thanks!
**NOTE: Requests for lone females will only be met if the clutch is female heavy.
