Smile Snow Corn

Question on a Corn i bought my parents a Snow Corn 2 yrs ago for there 25th Anniversary.

Heres the thing it's stopped eating and not eaten in over 7 weeks is there anything they can do to try to get it to eat again as this ain't the first time as it's done it quite a few times sometimes it's been longer with not eating.

Any ideas as my dad has tried giving it mice/rats and chicks even exposing the brain without any luck.

There Corn is very healthy.
