I did not try hard to get in touch with my rep and sent the package off without a rep name. The person they had contact me knew nothing and in the end turned out to be the wrong person. My package was tested within a week and the guy who sent me my result cc'd my rep. He sent me a separate email telling me to contact him if the rep did not get back to me! I waited a few days, I think I emailed her on my own once as well, I contacted the testing guy and he spoke with her manager! He even gave me his number in case she did not call me. Well, needless to say she called that afternoon and sent me the papers to sign with a return envelope. I sent them back, gave her a few more days and emailed her to find out what happens next and she called today to say I was certified!
Congratulations, Joanna. I just got certified too and was amazed at how well it went. And it didn't cost me a cent, they gave me an account number to use to ship the test package. Now, I can't say the same for getting a business license, which is turning out to be a process both painful and expensive.
Congrats to you too. I must say all in all the people I spoke to at FedEx were very friendly. I think it helped that I knew all the answers to their questions!
Good luck with the business license. I have chosen to ignore that for now since this will only be a money losing venture!
