Hi Joseph, and welcome. That's what this website is all about...corns and our addiction. I'm just a little unclear tho...when you speak about raising corns are you referring to only breeding? For folks new to corns, there is nothing better than Kathy Love's Cornsnake Manual. If you can't find a copy at your local pet store, you can order one direct from Kathy's site at www.cornutopia.com ; it's full of information for those who are just starting out in the hobby. She also has a chapter on breeding so you can read all about the basics there.

If you have specific questions, just ask them in the forums slated for that topic...ie Husbandry and Basic Care, Genetics.

Again, welcome to the site! You can tell us more about yourself and how you became interested in corns in the New Members Introduction forum, or if you happen to be Canadian, we got our own thread of introductions going in the Canadian Members Forum.

You'll find everybody helpful here. Enjoy your visits and happy learning!

Welcome!

Welcome aboard!
Enjoy reading through the posts, and yes, get that manual. That will allow you to get answers to all your basic questions. If not, feel free to ask! Good to have new people in here!

Welcome to snakes. You will have a blast, I promise. Another good book to check out is "Corn Snakes in Captivity" by Don Soderberg.
