My Intro

Since I want to become a small time hobby breeder I thought I better introduce myself. I'm Heather, from New Mexico. I will probably be putting up a few corns on the boards from time to time. I have a small website I just started www.sandstonecorns.com - you are welcome to check that out. If you have any questions let me know. I'll see you around the boards!

I'm in the Four Corners. Aztec technically (since no one has ever heard of that) you might have heard of Farmington (next town over, 10min away). I'm about 30 minutes from Durango, CO. I like it, nice weather, small town- decent place IMHO. We get alittle snow in the winter, hot (not not scorching hot) summers (and its a dry heat lol) really nice springs and falls.

I know exactly where you are talking about..........the only place in the country where you can take 4 steps and be in 4 different states. And you are right, awesome area of the state and stays pretty green there, much more than me being from Hobbs in the exact opposite corner from you (SE New Mexico) where all you get to see is dirt, tumbleweeds and oilfield pump-jacks as far as the eye can see........but we did have some terrific sunsets........and tornadoes.

Welcome again,
Galen

Welcome Heather! You've got some very nice snakes posted on your website. Lavenders are a favorite morph of mine too.

Sounds like you have the ideal weather in New Mexico...just enough snow to say you have it...not like here where I still have snow on the ground.

Enjoy your visits!

Ruth
