Hello from Edmonton

Hi.
I am new to this forum, and new to caring for Corn Snakes as well. My boyfriend and I purchased our first on April 1 (a birthday gift for me). She is a very pretty striped normal, however she is really purple/pink, so we will have to see what happens as she grows. This past weekend, we purchased another female, this one a Caramel with saddles. We are hoping to mate her in specific later with an amel or even a hypoamel. Ambers and Butters are quite nice, don't you think?

We have been reading as much as we possibly can. We have purchased books by Kathy Love, and we have joined the local reptile society.

I look forward to learning and sharing with all of you! Any input/suggestions/advice will be greatly appreciated and welcomed.

Von

Sounds good. I used to live in Red Deer actually. About 7 years ago . I will hopefully be able to check it out.

There is a reptile show here on May 5-6 for the Edmonton Reptile and Amphibian society. It's at the Sands hotel. Info available here : ERAS - Edmonton Reptile and Amphibian Society

Welcome aboard.

I'm sure your 1 will turn into "some" soon enough. Just like chips, you can't stop at one LOL.
