Welcome aboard..........and I apologize that you actually know Scott the yetti. LOL

Anyway, the best thing I can tell you to do about the genetic aspect of it is to first of all: check out the Morph Section on this site as it has a bunch of excellent pics, most of the available corns out there. The other thing that would help you out is to pick up the "2007 Cornsnake Morph Guide" that is written by Serp (Chuck) here on this site along with two other good bookson Soderbergs "Cornsnakes in Captivity" and Kathy Loves "The Comprehensive Owners Guide" as both of them have a ton of information that will help you out with your corns in all aspects.

Please post up some pics of your collection and welcome again.

Galen

Drat Galen... you beat me to the Books... we best never meet

Anywho... I would also suggest as far as genetics go: Genetics For Herpers , I LOVE that book. I fall asleep by that book each night... ... yep... I'm just that lame.

Welcome.

LOL.........I had thought about mentioning that book as well but I am still trying to understand it myself. I am one that needs a guiding hand in certain things and that book for some reason is a bit harder to follow for me than the standard Morph Guide. Why, I don't know.

I fall asleep by that book as well, but that is because I am re-reading a single paragraph 43 times to see if I understand it correctly and eventually the blinds fall shut. Yes, I am THAT hard to teach.

Lore: If you move to Texas, it will be inevitable that our paths will cross one day.........now it's up to you. or

LOL!!! Maybe THAT's why I fall asleep 2 pages or so in to the book... Actually... that happens with me with any book... took me MONTHS to get through "The Comprehensive Owners Guide" because of that... 1.5 - 2 pages... eyes get heavy... then...

Now back to your regularly scheduled programming.

Lore- I don't think the book is to blame! You must be exhausted by (before!!) the end of the day. See, you guys are doing it all wrong- you're supposed to take the pigeon, tortoises and a glass of wine out to the patio to read genetics books!

And welcome to the forum!

Wooohooo. I just bought the 2007 Morph guide!! I bet that will help me figure a few things out. I just love genetics! Hopefully I will stay awake, but I fear I may be afflicted with the same issue that Lore is .

Not to say anything about the content of the material, just the fact that I don't have a good attention span..
