Hi there readers and breeders

Hi there,

-Just joined to look at and hopefully buy one of these great little slitherins, or perhaps a pair. This seems to be the time to look for a new snake as the 2007 hatch is still in the early stages. The problem is deciding what to go for. The more typical wild types are still very appealing, but some of those color variations - WOW! We kept garter snakes for a few weeks at a time as a kid but Corns sure beat them in pizzazz.

cheers and hello

Good luck with your choice. I believe there is a breeder or two in Colorado. If you buy from him/her, you might be able to save yourself on shipping as well as meet another cornsnake person.

Cornsnakes also smell better than garters.

So why Indy Jones?

Guys, (gereric non-specific sexless group term) thanks for the welcome.

Ok so what is Indy Jones's least favorite animal? ....Ha!

Yes shipping does seem to add in there for us not in the "Corn Snake Belt". - But on the whole it is only a small part of the whole equation.

So who is breeding corn snakes in Colorado?

Thanks again for the welcome
Cheers
Indy Jones.

I know VMS Herp is a big breeder in southern Colorado, in Canon City, I believe. They have excellent stock and do go to the big shows. www.vmsherp.com

Hello and welcome. I've bought several corn snakes from VMS in 2006. They are located in CO & a great breeder to deal with.

Good luck in your search!! There are TONS of excellent photos in the Morphs forum here. Let us know what you pick!!

There is a pretty decent breeder from Colorado, right here on The Source.
