Usually Vipers here require a license to own or breed. Two years handling supervised if I remember right. I never felt the need to do it though. I have plenty of friends here to do it for me. I just love to admire them.

Just last night I was looking at some of the fantastic rat snakes you have over there, and I have to say that they are stunning! The colors are so vibrant, it just blows me away!
I would just love to have a Red Mountain, Japanese Forest, Green Bush, Chinese Bamboo, Red headed, Red Tailed Green.......Ratsnake
I could go on & on! I am sooooo envious (spl?) of you!!!

OH~what the silly rule!! However, this rule is good for the society. Many venomous snakes are very popular snake in Hong Kong, Many teenages and new keepers wanted to own some. I always worry them.

HAAA~ YEAH~ Asia snakes are also vibrant, but hard to keep. Asia snakes almost is WC, they are always no eat, and they need wet, fresh and cool .
