A Reverse Okeetee is an Amel........the same way that a Candy Cane and a Sunglow are. They are just selectively bred Amels for their particular look.
The RO's have wider white borders to look like an opposite of regular Okeetees with their dark black borders.
The Candy Canes are made to contain more white on the background and also to be that of a dark red (or orange in some lines) to resemble what you would hang on the tree during the holidays.
And the Sunglow's are bred to be an orange/red/white snake without any traces of white on it.
Now the selectively bred trait i am aware of. I have 3 candy canes and daughter has 2. She also has 2 sunglow amoung her 40 some snakes..
Red albinos are the amels........black albinos are the anery's. Hope this helps you out a bit.

I just had not heard of a reverse okeetee referred to as a albino before. Now the term red albino makes sence..... Thanks much Galen
