My first ever non-corn snake breeding took place today... I also have 1.1 Durango Mountain King snakes (Lamprepeltis mexicana greeri).
They did not stay hooked up for long, and the 'goop' at the bottom of the tub afterwards was clear, not bright yellow like the corn snakes. I don't know if this is normal for this species or not, but my plan is to reintroduce King Diamond and Abigail a few more times in the next week or 2 while she is receptive. I hope this works, I'm a total rook to king breedings but I have read every bit of info I can find. I guess I was expecting it to be kind of like breeding corns where it takes like half an hour and you usually find plenty of 'evidence' in the tub afterwards....
