A Kingsnake in need of help as well as a great org.

WERC - Wildlife Education and Rehabilitation Center Hey guys, I've got to get ready for work so I don't have time to tell you all the details but a coworker and I rescued a wild Cal King being beaten by idiots Friday night. By the time we got to her she had lost an eye and got a fractured skull. She is in sore straits but I've been caring for her the best I could over the weekend until I could drop her off at the local Wildlife Rehabilitation Center this morning. A big thanks to Connie Hurley for helping me with advice. The people at WERC were great and will try to do everything they can for her. They said they would LOVE for her to get better and be part of their educational program since Kingsnakes are so important to the local ecosystem. If you would like to donate to help her, here is a link to their site that has a paypal button at the bottom. My pay pal funds happen to be in good standing right now so I plan on making a good sized donation myself and may auction of some hatchlings to help her out.
