New Snake

Well, I wasn't going to get any new snakes for the rest of the year after making a purchase from Caroline, but I just had to help out a friend. I have a school buddy that is in the air force that got a rosy boa about 2 years ago. He just got orders to go to Italy, and isn't able to take the snake with him. So he asked if I would snake sit for the 4+ years that he is gone. I said sure, and just Monday, the snake in question showed up at my door step, along with cage, and cage furnature. I will be looking for a 2 to 3 year old female in the Otay Lake Phase Rosy Boa so that this guy can help pay for his food.

Didn't get really great pictures of the snake, but you can see him in one picture. The cage is from Showcasecages.com and is really nice. Enjoy the pictures.

Great setup - I love rosy boas - hope you can get more pics of the little guy. I wish they were legal to keep here (all boids restricted in our province) because I think they are great snakes - one of those under-rated species that are fun to work with. Love the albinos.

Congrats on the new addition and best of luck finding him a girl,

mary v.
