Carol !!
Carol three of the ultra to cream eggs have hatched so far.
I have a shot of the first two. I am confused on the genetics, though. It seems the more I read about ultras and ultramels the less I learn...lol anyway..to me one looks like a normal (brown eyes) and the other an amel (red eyes) but with ultras I have no idea if that is an indicator. My thinking was...if the male was an ultra the babies would be normal and if the male was ultramel the babies could/would be normals and amels. (or would that be ultras and ultramels?) Is that anywhere close?  |
