Mystery Solved...Thank You, Lexcorn
Thank you Lex...you were so right about waiting for first shed to solve the mystery of which were Amels and which were Opals in my Gryphon (Opal) x Zoe (Amel Aztec) clutch.
All have shed now and the difference between the two just jumps out at you. There's a bonus to this clutch too...all the babies are showing aztec patterning in various degrees. First up are 3 of the Amel Aztec, het lavs and then 4 of the Opals...nice split in the clutch of half and half so I'm really pleased. Now I have to decide on keepers after we sex them. It's going to be hard to choose...'sex' and 'feeding response' will help me to narrow it down. Ruth
