.....especially when the neighbors hand you a Lavender Motley.
I briefly mentioned in my pippies thread that I schlepped my incubation boxes over to Serpwidgets and Hurley's place last week when I was filled with newbie paranoia. After assuring me that they'd pip any day now, and a little small talk, Chuck asks: "Hey, do you want a Lavender Motley/Stripe?"
Um, let me think about that for a while. Chew on it. Mull it over. Consider the implica-YES, YA THINK?
I was told that she was a good feeder, but inconsistent, and they didn't have the time for a "feeding project" snake, yadayada, or something like that. I was too busy containing my reaction: "HEY, I GOT A LAV MOT NOW!! WOOHOO!!!!" (And of course, if I had the size of Chuck and Connie's collection, I wouldn't have the time to feed myself.)
But, given what you see here, she took down two large pinks with no problem....
From Chuck's pairing of Zirc x Daedalus, she also has possible hets for amel, anery, and hypo, so we'll test those out down the road.
And since they had the DVD of "The Sound Of Music" playing when I stopped by, I've decided to name her Liesl. I haven't weighed her yet, but she could very well be 16 going on 17 (grams).
As always, thanks for lookin'!
Dale
