I wonder why AP only makes the economy rack 6 shelves high? Maybe it isnt sturdy enough much beyond that. Just seems like such a waste of useable space above the rack which is just over 4 feet high. Plenty of room to at least add 2 more! Hmmmmm? I also wish that they used the stoppers that most other companies are using to prevent the tubs from coming to far forward. They just use some sort of swivel part when someone asks and so far they said I was only the 2nd person to do so. Hard to believe no one else asks for little pegs to keep the tub from moving???? Seems most that go with AP, go with the economy series and LOVE them?!
I ended up getting 1. I LOVE it, I'm dissaponted that I can't use a lid with the large tubs, but glad that I can use the lids with the 15qt tubs. I'll get more as I can. I think its a perfect height & 2 side by side will be a perfect height to have a display tank on top
Do you happen to know the Sterilite model # of the 15 qt. size tubs you have ?
I use model #1754 in a rack I made myself, would be nice to be able to use them in other racks. I'm like Michelle...I don't like to have to use lids. There's so much variance between model numbers on a same size product..it drives me nuts ! <G>

I used the model#'s suggested on the AP website Sterilite Box 1754(15qt), Sterlite Box 1756(32qt)
