Freyja x Pepto: Snows

Well, another year of crappy results for this pairing. I think its going to be the last for both of them. The first year I bred them, nothing but slugs. Last year, mostly slugs and a couple of fertiles that had issues most likely due to a heat spike during incubation. This year is just as disappointing.

15 eggs, mostly slugs the others are questionable due to their size.

Aw man! That sucks and I know it! That's what 90% of my clutches looked like last year. Sure is frustrating.

It is frustrating, especially when I had some hopes for nice Snows. She's known to throw really bright Amels (see also Carlos' "Hurdle") and Pepto is nice and bright pink. But I guess it just wasn't meant to be.

Strangely enough, she doesn't even look like she's laid eggs really. Maybe there might be some hope for more fertiles, although I doubt it. Its feeding night so I'll check her over and see if anything is left or if she's hungry. =(

Oh Darn! Sorry to hear that. That's got to be so disappointing. My fingers are crossed that everything else works out great.
