...but when my husband asked what he should get me for solstice, I pointed out a pair of baird/corn hybrids that I wanted. My enabler went into action on my behalf. So technically I didn't get more snakes, they were a gift. Yeah, that's it. A gift. I couldn't say no, it would have been rude.
They should be here tomorrow. They are bairdi/Okeetee F1's and the male especially has the bairdi head. I think one will be named Spruce and the other I'm not sure. Pics when they arrive!

Technically, you did get more snakes.........they just weren't purchased by you......so, it's all good.
Either way: don't kick a gift horse in the teeth.....and stuff.

New snakes + Okeetee involvement = awaiting photos.

Well, they're here! They are so much better in person, they look much more Bairdi than I thought they would. The male has thicker borders and the female has a crazy head pattern. He bit me when I took him out of the tub, so apparently he likes contact sports. I only grabbed a couple pics of him, but several of the girl. First two pics are the male and the rest are the female, including a crappy ventral shot. I am definitely going to make a few of my own next year. This combo is awesome!
