Finally! Day 69...
Of course, it's only cause they heard me talking bout their mother getting ready to lay her second clutch and realized that they were running behind schedule.
This little normal stuck his/her (not so normal) nose out of one of the tiniest eggs earlier tonight... we have hopes of seeing more cute noses soon!
Now, we just have to wait for the other 17 eggs to pip and for all of them to exit the eggs so we can see what kind of patterns these little fellas are gonna have.

Thanks Joni! We're hoping for some aztec patterns to pop out! The snow threw a few last year that had a connected saddle or two and the male is, of course, our fully aztec'd normal.

This morning Tim found a second one sticking out - in an egg I though for sure would be bad. (A small egg sitting on the very top of the clutch and barely touching substrate. Appears to be a bit bigger then the first pippy! lol)
Here's the pics:
And while I was taking the pics and watching the prospective hatchlings I saw this happen:
Some of the grey was there already, but I watched it grow bigger. I have a feeling that might be the next to pip!
Some different looking normals showed up in this clutch.. Being that there is one egg left to pip, and rest of the pipped and slithering babies are all normals.. Some with a little bit of aztecing and others with a lot of aztecing..
Once I have taken care of the people in line first, these will be offered up for sale.. The only known hets that these babies carry at this time is amel and anery..
The variation is the colours, tones and contrast within this clutch...
Wow, those are some absolutely stunning normals! I love the obscure/aberrant patterns of these babies! That color difference is pretty cool too. Any chance of pics of the parents?
