Figured that now seemed like a good time to think about breeding plans for this year.
CORN SNAKES:
We ended up with way to many little mouths to feed this year. So I decided not to brumate the adults when I normally do. But I expect mostly more of what I had last year. The holdbacks from two years ago will go next year, the lav. blood male may breed this year..we'll just have to see.
Expected Offspring:
Normals, Normal Motley, Normal Stripe, Amel, Amel Motley, Amel Stripe, Anery, Anery Motley, Snow, Snow Motley, Snow Stripe, Butter, Butter Motley, Lavendar, Opal........this year I may let some of my Snow and Amel Patternless babies go....I kept them all this year and they have turned out incredible.
KING SNAKES:
These snakes hate me. They have not bred for me yet, but we'll see how this year goes.
Mexican Kings, Durango Kings, Knoblochi
Ball Pythons:
Last year we added lots of new guys to the group. We now have a pair of albinos, an abberant patterned mojave male, a mojave female, two pastels ph albino, and a fire male. It's still too early to tell which of the new boys will go this year.
Lots of normal girls are producing follicles now and possibly two pastel girls will go. I'm hoping for more spiders and pastels, some mojaves, possibly some fires, and (with figures crossed) some supers and bumble bees.
Leopard Geckos:
We really slimmed down on our colony this past fall. We should get lots of giants this year, most will be Albino, some will be Tangerine Albino.
So, now I have about one month to breath and the craziness starts all over again!
