Greetings! And welcome to Willis Wildlife Enterprises' personal forum!
First, a bit about WWE...and the first comment about "pro" wrestling will cause the author to be cursed for the next 10 years. I've been keeping and breeding corns since 1995, my collection increasing at an exponential rate. In the past year or so, I've had some complications and setbacks, but I believe things are back under control and 2007 should be a good year. I currently have mostly cornsnakes in my collection, but also have a pair of California kings, a pair of red-tail boas, and one black rat snake. I've bred the boas once and may do it again (if I can remember to set them up in time) and hope to breed the Cal kings and black rat (when I get a female for him), just for kicks. There are a few more species I've fallen in love with, but I need to do some more research, get some more time and space, as well as save the needed funds for any further expansion on my part.
I have some great projects lined up for 2007 as well as for the next few years. These include diffuse caramels, sulfurs and diffuse ambers, caramel, butter and amber zigzags/aztecs, diffuse pastel ghosts, Sunkissed ghosts (Sunkissed and hypo A combined), diffuse lava and ice, and finally, the dilute gene in combination with everything else in my collection. Connie gets credit for some of the projects as she already had some started and let me take them over.
One of things I love most about my collection is photographing them. I'm an artist at heart, but never have the time to actually do "real" artwork anymore, so have turned to photography as my outlet. To be honest, I know very little about photography. I use a simple camera so all I have to do is basically point and click. Don't ask me about focal lengths, shutter speed or any of that other stuff as it is just not something I know about. But if you want to know which color flower will compliment your lavender motley better or if your viv set-up is aesthetically pleasing, I'll be glad to give you my humble opinion. However, I would much prefer that you simply enjoy my photographs for what they are.
Thanks for taking the time to visit my forum!
Susan
Hi Susan. I'm glad to see that you have a forum here, as I love your beautiful snakes and photos. This'll definitely be one of my daily stops. Keep those gorgeous pictures coming!
Hey there Susan! Good to see you here...you know I love your photos as I too love to photograph my collection. I look forward to seeing updates on all your beauties and reading about your upcoming breedings!
